| My experience at MSSC was a very good one. Ace mechanics and excellent service. They had me drive the vehicle with a technician to pinpoint what I was asking them to fix. After terrible experiences at Ramsey and Clay Maxey, this group will be my "go to" mechanics. |

| service is fair priced and they give in depth advice but when i got the brake master cylinder replaced on my classic truck the mounting nuts got slightly rounded because someone used a wrench that was too large. it seems that the master tech dose not look after a repair is finished to see if a new hire dose the job right |

| 4 weeks and $3000 and my car is worse than when I brought it in. Louder valve noise than before, but I don't know what else you can do, its at the painters now, but not good |

| Worst diagnostic shop I have ever seen. Brought in a truck that was missing, and I was told that nothing could be found and it needed an injection system flush. I?m confident the hood was never raised due to the fact that the #3 plug wire was off the plug. There is a different between diagnosing something and just taking someone?s money. We will never be back, and I would advise anyone to go somewhere else! |

We are always happy to to reinspect our work to make sure we have completed the job to our customers satisfaction. While your vehicle was in our care we test drove it multiple times trying to duplicate the issue you were concerned about. Unfortunately we never got the vehicle to act up. If the spark plug wire was off while in our care, a check engine light would have been on and a miss would have been present. |
